Unless there is a defect, the Pawfect Blanket product is a non-refundable and non-returnable item once it leaves our distribution center. 

Why don't we accept returns or exchanges? 

At Nappy Puppy, your pet's well-being and the quality of our products are our priority. For this reason, we want to eliminate any chances of germs and flea transmission from one pet to another. Our policy guarantees that our products are safe, new and perfect condition for your pet. 

If, however, your pet doesn't like his blanket, you can always sanitize it and gift it to a pet at your local shelter. This act of kindness can make a big difference for a pet living in difficult and stressful conditions.
